DLP Funding LLC operate the website https://dlpfunding.com and related services. We match small businesses and small business owners with alternative sources of funding and, where applicable, fund Sale of Future Receipts and related commercial arrangements under DLP Funding LLC.

This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices. It applies when you use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”), when you apply for or receive funding-related services, or when you otherwise interact with us (including by phone, email, or text).

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

Registration and profile information — username, password, business name and address, and related account information.
Identification and application information — name and financial or business information you provide in connection with funding inquiries or applications, including documents required to evaluate or process an application.
Contact information — phone numbers (including mobile), email addresses, mailing addresses, and message content when you contact us.
Third-party and verification information — information from credit bureaus, public sources, financial institutions (with your authorization), and other service providers.
Technical information — browser type, IP address, pages visited, cookies, web beacons, and similar data.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

Provide funding matching and related Services;
Underwrite, fund, service, and administer funded accounts and agreements (including remittance and ACH-related communications);
Respond to inquiries by phone, email, SMS, or other channels;
Verify identity and account information;
Improve and secure our Services;
Comply with law and enforce our agreements and Terms.

We may share information:

With funding partners or service providers when you request or authorize a referral or as needed to provide the Services;
With service providers who help us operate the Services (hosting, communications, compliance, payment processing);
As required by law, subpoena, or legal process;
In connection with a merger, sale, financing, or corporate transaction;
To protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes.

Aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you may be used for analytics.

4. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption and authentication controls where appropriate. No system is completely secure. Protect your account credentials.

5. Email communications

We may send service-related emails (for example, account alerts and activity notices). We may also send promotional emails. You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. Service-related messages may still be sent.

6. SMS, phone, and mobile communications

If you provide a mobile number in connection with a funding agreement with DLP Funding LLC (including a Sale of Future Receipts Agreement) or otherwise consent to SMS, we may send account-related text messages about your funded account, including status updates and follow-up regarding remittances, ACH activity, or missed or past-due remittances.

Consent to receive these messages is typically obtained in your written funding agreement (see Section 25 — Authorization to Contact). A sample of that clause is available at https://dlpfunding.com/sms-consent.

You are not required to agree to marketing text messages as a condition of using our Services or entering into a funding agreement.

7. Your choices and access

If you wish to access or correct personal information, you may update certain information via your account where available, or contact admin@dlpfunding.com or info@dlpfunding.com. We may retain certain records as required by law or our agreements.

8. California privacy rights

California residents may request information about certain disclosures to third parties for direct marketing under California Civil Code Section 1798.83. Contact admin@dlpfunding.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line, attest that you are a California resident, and provide a California address for our response.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last Updated” date will change when we post a revision. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
